Alex Bowen shares adorable snap with newborn son as Olivia swoons over her 'boys'

Alex Bowen has shared an adorable father-son snap with his newborn Abel.The former Love Island runner-up, 30, welcomed his first child with his wife Olivia Bowen on Friday 10, June. Taking to his Instagram page with 1.6 million followers, Alex wrote: "I got you boy!" In the photo, Alex can be seen wrapping his son in his arms, whilst the baby sleeps in between several blankets. Commenting under the post, Olivia said: "My boys." Many of Alex's other followers left messages in the comment section too, with one fan writing: "So cute.
Such a good daddy. Can tell by your eyes Abel is going to feel nothing but love from his mummy and daddy. So so happy for you both." Another commented: "Love this! Huge congratulations." Alex and Olivia met in the 2016 series of Love Island, and finished in second place on the show.
They then got married in 2018 after getting engaged in the previous year. Speaking about their relationship, Alex told the Sun in 2019: "Everyone was betting on us splitting up. "We tried to keep it casual in the villa, but then when I was going back home to Wolverhampton in the car after the series finale, I rang Liv and said I wanted to move in with her straight away." Clearly a match made in heaven, Alex and Olivia are one of the few couples from Love Island who are still together to this day.
Other Love Island couples to have gone the distance include Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury, Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt and Callum Jones and Molly Smith. Just a week ago, Olivia gushed on Instagram about the past six years with Alex. Her caption read:
