As the vast majority of its slate has been pushed to 2021, Apple acquired two shows in the interim to fill the gap — one of which is “Tehran.” The show also holds the distinction of being Apple TV+’s first piece of non-English content, as “Tehran” dialogue is mainly Hebrew and Farsi.
