This Morning presenter Lisa Snowdon broke down in tears after sharing her journey with menopause with fans.The 50 year old shared her menopause experience with fans during an Instagram live after revealing that her symptoms started when she was 42.The TV personality was joined by menopause doctor Naomi Porter for a 30 minute Instagram live about menopause as she opened up on her experience.The star said she’s keen to help others understand and recognise the symptoms of menopause, as she called her own menopause experience “debilitating”. Lisa shared: “We try and tackle it with lightness, and I think that's important.
