Netflix just announced that the infamous redhead will be starring in a new Christmas romantic comedy, where she plays a “newly engaged and spoiled hotel heiress” who gets amnesia after a skiing accident and “finds herself in the care of a handsome, blue-collar lodge owner” and his precocious daughter in the days leading up to Christmas.” LiLo fans have been waiting for her return to acting for years.

Jonathan Bennett is still close to his Mean Girls co-star Lindsay Lohan — so it’s no surprise he reached out to her after the news broke on May 24 that she landed a staring role in an upcoming Netflix Christmas movie, set to be released in 2022.
