Lauren Goodger shared a post about motherhood, which touched on feeling “depressed” and “burnt out”, in an upload to her Instagram Stories on Thursday. The 35 year old gave birth to daughter Larose in July last year and recently announced that she is currently expecting her second child, after falling pregnant eight weeks after welcoming her first. Lauren opened up about her feelings in a quote which read: “Being a Mama is not easy. You still have to be a Mama when you're stressed, depressed, burnt out, crying and struggling.” While the post began with sounding off the difficulties of parenthood, it ended with an uplifting note to mums, saying: "Mothers are superhero's.

Lauren is expecting her second child with Charles Drury, who she has now split from after the builder admitted to having sex with another woman while he and the former TOWIE star had a brief split in November last year.
However, Lauren admitted to new! that she will always have love for Charles, 24, and refused to rule out a reconciliation. "He’s the father of my children, that love will never go," Lauren told us. "And he will always be in my life and her life, but it happens to so many people.
"Who knows what the future holds. I’m excited about it, I’m not scared." Lauren, who told Charles to leave their home following his fling, also admitted that this doesn't feel like their "final break-up". Lauren is now solely focused on being mum to daughter Larose and enjoying her time being pregnant with her second child, which she recently revealed she was surprised to find out
