Inside Lauren Goodger's second pregnancy journey including gender and split from Charles

Lauren Goodger recently announced that she is expecting her second child with Charles Drury. The former The Only Way Is Essex star, 35, revealed the happy news in an exclusive shoot with OK! that she is 16 weeks pregnant with her second baby, just six months after welcoming her first daughter, Larose. While having two babies under the age of one may be a challenge, the star has told how she's excited despite her and Charles, 24, who is the father of both of Lauren's children, recently splitting up.

Finding out Lauren revealed that she released she could potentially be pregnant after she'd missed her period, and told OK!: "I hadn’t had a period for quite a few weeks, my nipples were killing me and when I was breastfeeding the pain was unbearable. "I thought, “I bet you I’m pregnant!” I did a test and it said positive." The 35 year old explained how her and Charles "weren't very careful", and she was in "two minds" when she found out the news. Lauren told how Charles was "really pleased", and she's also really glad she went ahead with the pregnancy, despite initially being scared.
So far, the star has had three scans, and explaining the experience of her first scan, she said: "I had the hospital scan in December and that was a shock because it was actually a baby. I felt connected. With Larose I had loads of private ones, but with the second one you trust your body."
