Late night restaurant and nightclub MNKY HSE announces Manchester launch date

Latin American restaurant, bar and nightclub MNKY HSE has confirmed its opening date for its second UK site in Manchester city centre later this month. The venue, which is pronounced "Monkey House", is well known for its stylish original outpost in London beloved by celebs.
Now bosses have confirmed that the new site, on Lloyd Street, will officially open its doors to the public on Friday, October 14.
It will boast what is being described as "a multi-sensory design and lighting experience", with a central bar, open kitchen and prominent DJ booth – alongside a curated live music programme.

The restaurant also has its own nightclub with a separate speakeasy style entrance, and late-night license. Complete with 102 covers, bosses say the new venue will offers Mancunians a "one-of-a-kind dining and drinking experience".
Director of Culinary Operations Mark Morrans was previously head chef at Señor Ceviche London, and joins the restaurant in Manchester to create the new menu which he said will champion high quality, contemporary Latin American cuisine with a Japanese influence. MNKY HSE Manchester will have a special focus on cocktails with an extensive list although prices have not yet been revealed. It will include cocktails that blend flavours such as dark chocolate, lime, chilli and tropical flowers with whiskey, rum and tequila, bringing guests the "ultimate taste of South America".
