Described as a custom top by the publication, the heavy necklace made of makeup adorned Kylie's neck without the need for an actual shirt. Though she was without a top, Kylie was outfitted in a DSQUARED2 black skirt paired with a Givenchy ear cuff and a Messika ear clip.
