“The Valley” is getting a reunion — including Kristen Doute.After claiming on her podcast that the cast of the “Vanderpump Rules” spinoff series won’t be filming a reunion special, Doute, 41, clarified those remarks in an exclusive interview with The Post. “I did say it on my podcast — but it’s what I’ve read online,” the reality star explained while promoting the new Amazon competition reality show “The GOAT.”“I’m not 100 percent sure yet. I don’t know either way,” she added about a possible reunion.
“We haven’t been given a date. We haven’t been told there’s not one yet.”On the May 2 episode of her “Balancing Act” podcast, Doute and her boyfriend, Luke Broderick, revealed that they heard “The Valley” wasn’t getting a reunion, despite the fact that the sit-downs moderated by Andy Cohen always take place after the season finales of every Bravo show. “No reunion.
I think it is out there that we aren’t having a reunion,” Doute said at the time.Broderick added, “But regardless, it is 100 percent true. There will not be a reunion.”While chatting with The Post, Doute said she was hoping the show would snag a Season 2 renewal.“You don’t go into a Season 1 hoping that it doesn’t work out,” she explained. “We definitely hope there is a Season 2.
I do feel like there’s a lot of things still sort of left unsaid. I can’t get into it too much. But you’ll know by the finale.
