Kimberley Walsh has opened up on how Morning Live's working mums will juggle to help each other out as the show moves to Manchester. It was announced last month that the new series of the BBC's morning show will be moving up north with female co-hosts Kimberley, 40, Kym Marsh, 45, Sam Quek, 33, and Sara Cox, 47, all set to host the show. And the former Girls Aloud singer – who his mum to sons Bobby, seven, Cole, five, and Nate, eight months – has now said the women will "help each other out" to make the move work.
She said: "I’ll travel up to Manchester the night before, do the show and then get back before they finish school. "They’re so accommodating because a few of the presenters are working mums.
"Sam [Quek]’s got a baby and she’s due to have another one fairly soon. We’re just going to help each other out when we need to." Discussing her move into presenting the show after spending almost 20 years dominating the charts, Kimberley – who also opened up on her wedding anniversary celebrations – said: "I love my new job at Morning Live. "I love juggling work and family life, as hectic as it can be.
When you get it right, it feels like you are the best person you can be. "I love the show. There are loads of interesting things that you learn. "Everyone on the show is so lovely and it’s a nice new chapter that fits in around the boys and their schedules." Kimberley made her debut on Morning Live in September, just weeks after her former Girls Aloud bandmate Sarah Harding sadly passed away.
