Kanye West has requested that his explosive social media rants aren’t used during his divorce hearing with estranged wife Kim Kardashian. Kanye, 44, and Kim, 41, are set to face the courts next week and, since filing for divorce last year, the rapper has hardly made things easy for Kim — whom he shares four children with. In one of his bizarre rants, Kanye accused Kim of kidnapping one of their kids.They share North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, two together.

No shortcuts. Kanye West responded to Kim Kardashian‘s latest filing in their divorce, and he wants her comments to stay off the record — unless she submits proper evidence.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians favourite Kim Kardashian has reportedly requested a judge “make her single ASAP”. The reality star, 41, has said to have requested the divorce from her ex Kanye West to be pushed through as his Instagram posts are hurting her emotionally and she wants the former couple to be able to co-parent their four children in a healthy manner.

Kanye West's recent flurry of since-deleted Instagram posts targeting his estranged wife Kim Kardashian caused her "emotional distress," Kardashian claimed in court documents reported by TMZ. The filing reportedly asks the judge to finalize her divorce from West, first reported in February 2021.

Two months after Kim Kardashian asked a judge to declare her “legally single” by “terminating and bifurcating” her marriage to Kanye West, the rapper has responded with legal documents of his own. Kanye’s documents, obtained by HollywoodLife, object to Kim’s request. “The Court should deny [Kim]’s request for a separate trial on the termination of marital status because the motion does not provide the protections necessary for an early termination of marital status,” Kanye claims in his documents.
