The 66-year-old actress, who just recently made headlines about her return to Sex and the City spinoff, And Just Like That…, got candid in a new interview about the cosmetic procedures she has had done and how she feels about getting it done again in the future.

In conversation with The Times, Kim says that despite her stance on cosmetic procedures before, she’s slightly changing her opinion on them.
“I probably said that in my 40s! I’m in my 60s now and I’m all about battling ageing in every way I can,” she shared.
Kim went on, saying that “there are so many other alternatives now, treatments that stimulate your own body to fight ageing. There are fillers, Botox, there’s so many different things that you can investigate and try and see if it’s for you.”
She does say that it’s important to “look like you” but also encourages fans to find “the right surgeon” if they do choose to alter anything.
Later on in the interview, Kim says that her opinion on cosmetic procedures changed because it’s part of her job to look good.
“I want to look like the best version of myself. So, whatever I can do — because thankfully I have funds to do so,” she explained. “It’s not just a vanity thing. I play a certain kind of woman who looks a certain kind of way. And professionally I am looking after myself.”
Kim isn’t the only celeb who’s spoken out about plastic surgery.
