Former Strictly professional Kevin Clifton has claimed that the showrunners never allowed him become one of Johnny Depp’s most iconic characters for the Halloween specials in all the years he was on the show.
The 37-year-old made the revelation on his podcast alongside his partner Stacey Dooley, where he explained that the character of Edward Scissorhands was a ‘BBC concern.’
He said: ‘Every year I suggest Edward Scissorhands. The imagery is really strong.
