Kerry Katona has candidly opened up about how she’s “unhappy” with her appearance at her moment, ahead of the launch of her new fitness platform, M-Fit. In a YouTube video, the mum-of-five discussed her insecurities, and went on to demonstrate one of M-Fit’s home videos to her 41,000 subscribers.Talking to the camera, Kerry, 41, said: “If you’re anything like me when a new year comes you want a new you, fresh start and new beginnings.
"And I most certainly want to get myself fit and in shape because, you know me, I’m always complaining, look at the size of my legs, they're like tree trunks." “Honestly, I just feel really unhappy with my body,” she continued. During her home workout, Kerry revealed that she prefers to do them in the comfort of her own home because she doesn’t feel comfortable in a gym.
“If you’re struggling, like I am at the minute with my back, you’re not with a bunch of people where you feel dead embarrassed,” she said. “We’ve all gotta start somewhere and I don’t feel comfortable enough to be doing this in a class right now." Kerry added: "I know when I go to class everyone is staring at me because of who I am." Get exclusive celebrity stories and fabulous photoshoots straight to your inbox with OK!'s daily newsletter.
