Kerry Katona has revealed that her mum Sue sold the wedding rings from her nuptials to Brian McFadden when the pair fell out over damning claims about Kerry’s ex-husband.The once close mum-and-daughter duo famously fell out in 2007 after Sue was quoted in a newspaper slamming Kerry’s then husband Mark Croft as a drug dealer. Later, when Kerry and Sue later became estranged during Kerry’s sometimes troubled marriage to ex-taxi driver Mark, she says Sue sold wedding and engagement rings on the auction site eBay. “She once said that she was keeping them for her daughters, which I understand as I wanted my girls to have my wedding rings, just so they had something from their parents being in love.” she said, referring to Katie Price selling the iconic pink wedding dress she wore to marry Peter Andre in 2005.
“But I gave the rings from my first marriage to my mum and when we fell out she sold them on eBay. “My second wedding ring, I gave back, and my third broke.
So, unfortunately, my girls don’t have anything from the wedding days – but they have our genes.
