Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona has proudly opened up about her recent weight loss journey after she dropped more than half a stone in the space of just one week. The 42 year old star, who has been documenting her weight loss journey online for the past few months, revealed the surprising loss was down to following one specific diet.

She said: "I've lost 8lb in a week, and I'm back in my size 12 jeans! I feel amazing. It's all thanks to the FrancisDiet, plus working out with my fitness brand M-Fit." Initially introduced to the diet by close pal Carla Fishwick, who previously lost a whopping 6st and 9lbs in a year while following the same diet, Kerry revealed the truth about the meal plan as she kept herself accountable.
Describing Scott Francis, the creator of the 'Francisdiet' as "an absolute genius", the mum-of-five explained the diet itself involved a lot of personal responsibility, including preparing all of her own meals in advance from scratch. While on the diet, Scott provides his clients with a personalised
