Kerry Katona has told fans her beloved mum Sue has been taken to hospital after suffering a heart attack on Thursday. Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry, 41, shared the news with fans in a video posted on her Instagram page.
She began: "Hello you beautiful people, just letting everyone know, for all of those who aren't aware, my mum had a heart attack on Thursday. She is in hospital as we speak, she wants me to let you all know that she's doing OK, she's in the best place for her." She went on: "I'm in the middle of a tour at the moment, so I can't even go and see her right now." Kerry continued: "She's alright, aren't you mum? Big scare, huge, huge scare.
We're all quite shook up by it but she's in hospital, she's in the right place. All the kids are going to see her today with Ryan." Kerry revealed her schedule was preventing her going to see her mum in hospital.
She went on: "I've got two shows today and two shows tomorrow. It's been great fun this panto but I can't wait to get home and go and see my mum." She ended the video saying: "I will love you and leave you, but she's OK, she will be OK.
"She had multiple, multiple heart attacks, so we've got to get her in the best health we can possibly get her in." "I'm sure she'll be inundated with messages, my mum wanted me to let everyone know, so that's what I'm doing." The former Atomic Kitten star described what happened on Thursday, she said: "It happened on Thursday, I went to her house but I wasn't allowed to go to the hospital."
