Kerry Katona quits millionaire mansion to 'downsize' after Ryan feud

It's no secret that Kerry Katona and her fiancé Ryan Mahoney, 35, had been travelling back and forth to Marbella in southern Spain for a while, and the pair were viewing houses with the aim of eventually moving to sunnier climes this June. But the mum of five has now confirmed they're staying put in the UK for now and the reason for the sudden change of heart comes down to Kerry’s children – Molly, 22, Lilly-Sue, 21, Heidi, 17, Max, 16, and 10-year-old DJ - who Ryan is a doting step-dad to. Heidi has just landed a spot at a prestigious music school, so the couple have mutually decided to stay put in the north of England for the time being.
In her exclusive column this week, the 43 year old opened up on the upcoming move from their millionaire mansion and plans to downsize. She said: "We’re moving next month and we haven’t packed a single thing. We are not prepared! I’m going to be really sad to leave this house, because it’s gorgeous and we really get along with our neighbours.
It’s a shame. "But at the same time, I want a house to feel really homely and this one is just so big, I can’t keep on top of it.
There will be less mess for me to tidy up after the kids in the new house, and it’s still close by for DJ’s school. We need to get a move on and start packing!" Kerry's move comes after her recent nose surgery that was to help repair the damage done through past years of cocaine abuse.
However, as she recovered, Kerry was forced to lean on her mum - rather than fiancé Ryan - for a little R&R.
