Kerry Katona has thrown her support behind her friend Katie Price after announcing she is following in her footsteps and launching her own OnlyFans page. The 43 year old announced on Wednesday that she has launched her own page on the subscription service platform, charging £11 a month for glamour shots and a behind-the-scenes look at her life. Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry, 41, is a hit on the platform – having become a millionaire since launching her own page – and has exclusively told OK! that it was her idea for Katie to sign up. She said: "I'm so happy for Katie for finally setting up an OnlyFans account.
It's about bl**dy time! Get exclusive celebrity stories and fabulous photoshoots straight to your inbox with OK!'s daily newsletter. You can sign up at the top of the page. "I'm so proud of her.
I think she'll do great and make a lot of money. Money doesn't make you happy, but it does give you options for the future, and I think that's something that’s good for her. Katie is still the original glamour model." Kerry also claims she gave Katie a referral code for the site, which she didn't use.
She continued: "I was the one who encouraged her to do it and gave her a referral code, which you can give to others to join OnlyFans as a creator – and it helps me out too. I was really gutted that she didn't decide to use my code. "But I think it’s a really positive move for her and she’s going to smash it.
"She’ll be amazing. It’s about owning who you are, and she’s empowering other women as well." Kerry recently encouraged The Apprentice star Navid Sole, who has been open about being a virgin, to sign up for the platform. Become an OK! VIP and see all our exclusives - for free! Become an OK!
