Kate Garraway has revealed her heartache at not being able to see husband Derek Draper on their 15th wedding anniversary. Derek, 53, has been in hospital since March after a battle with coronavirus, with doctors unsure he will be able to recover from damages caused by the bug.
Good Morning Britain host Kate, also 53, took to the ITV breakfast show to reveal it was her and Derek's anniversary, but that she is not able to visit him. Hosting the show alongside Susanna Reid and Adil Ray, she said:

Good Morning Britain, Kate, 53, explained: ‘We did our best to make it special.‘We had him on FaceTime,’ she said. ‘My mum and dad were on childcare duties overnight while I’m here, and they were there as well and the children, and we sort of raised a glass and said happy anniversary.‘I am going to see him today.
