Two weeks after Pop Smoke was killed at his Hollywood Hills home at age 20, the rapper was laid to rest. Fans gathered on Thursday (March 5) in the late star's hometown of Brooklyn, New York, to pay tribute during the funeral procession.In clips uploaded to Twitter by fans, two horses are seen pulling a white carriage, with the casket seen through the white curtain-lined windows.

Prior to performing her symphonic review “Songs of Serge Gainsbourg” this Friday at New York City’s Beacon Theatre, iconic actress and singer Jane Birkin was the musical guest on tonight’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. She was joined by Iggy Pop for a performance of “Elisa”—a song sung by Gainsbourg on 1969’s Jane Birkin et Serge Gainsbourg. Questlove accompanied them on drums. Watch it happen below.

The Pro Era MC dedicated his yet-to-be-released song to the larger hip-hop community in light of recent tragedies like the passing of Juice WRLD and Pop Smoke. “A lil something I wrote in light of all the fucked up shit going on rn,” he wrote in the video description. “I need hip-hop to have a hug.”
