Joe Wicks has given fans an update on his injured hand after it became infected.
Joe, aka The Body Coach, has been hosting free live PE classes on YouTube since lockdown began.
The 33-year-old has sported a brace on his hand since being involved in a bike accident in March, but on Friday his injury became inflamed with his hand throbbing "like liquid hot magma".
It was so bad he admitted himself to hospital to have it treated and to undergo a second operation.
