A Montana mother of four who had been missing for more than two weeks was found dead in a storage facility with her car Sunday afternoon, the Great Falls Police Department said.  Sally Jane Demaris Smith, 52, was last seen Sept. 2, and police said she may have been driving to the Malta area, about three and half hours from Great Falls.  An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.The Great Falls PD did not respond to a request for comment.  She was married to Troy Smith, and had four children.

Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan denied a request from Republicans to stop Montana Gov. Steve Bullock’s (D) plan to mail ballots to all registered voters.  Kagan, who has jurisdiction over the case based on geography, denied the request without referring the case to the full court.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Montana told deputies that his grandchild was sleeping in a playpen on Saturday when an unknown woman entered their home in Malibu and grabbed the child.
