TMZ reports.According to court documents, the model and actress is asking for joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Janie.The British star cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. Their date of separation was listed as September 13.Additionally, Turner-Smith doesn’t want spousal support to be part of the discussion.
The estranged couple also had a prenup in place.The “Dawson’s Creek” alum and Turner-Smith began dating after they were spotted at Usher’s 40th birthday party in October 2018. Their relationship kicked off following his 10-year romance with Diane Kruger, who moved on with Norman Reedus.“When I first met my husband, we had a one-night stand,” Turner-Smith revealed on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” in 2021.
