A jilted student told his ex-girlfriend "I hope you're thrown off a horse and trampled" after their romance ended, before threatening to torch her house and stab her dad.
David Binnie, 20, messaged his former partner of two years when they split: "You're a tramp.
"Dirty cheating b****, don't ever talk to me again.
"I hope you get flung off a horse and trampled and get brain damage."
Falkirk Sheriff Court heard the messages were among "a few" he sent her on on Saturday September 11.
