Jessica Alba is making her return to the small screen in a brand new series with Netflix.
The 40-year-old actress, according to Variety, has teamed up with the streamer to lead the adaptation of Confessions on the 7:45.

The outlet reports that the new series is based on the book by Lisa Unger.
It is described as a psychological thriller about a working mom (Alba) who meets a stranger on a train as she is commuting home who upends her life. As her life unravels and betrayals are revealed, she questions whether we can ever truly know the people closest to us.
In addition to starring in the show, Jessica will also executive produce, with Charise Castro Smith writing, executive producing and serving as the showrunner.
This marks Jessica‘s return to scripted series following the cancellation of LA’s Finest in 2021, which was a spinoff of the Bad Boys film franchise.
