Jess Wright has said she feels "mum guilt" after not being able to spend quality time with her pooch Bella. The last 12 months have been whirlwind for the former TOWIE star – from marrying businessman William Lee-Kemp last September to welcoming her first child Presley in May. And while she has not had the smoothest journey, the 36 year old has opened up about her postnatal depression and her difficulty in bouncing back after a rocky few months.
Now the star has admitted to fans that she doesn't have "enough hours in the day" to give her dog attention after her son's birth. In a snap shared to her Instagram stories, the mum-of-one wrote: "I get the worst mum guilt ever because I physically don't have enough hours in the day to give Bella attention I use to & I know she feels it [heart broken emoji] but I know that's silly & she's fine.
I can imagine when you have another baby it's 10 times worse too!!!!" The post shows Jess sitting next to her baby boy with her pooch Bella in the middle, perhaps feeling a little sorry for herself. Regarding what it's like as a new mum, Jess told OK!: "It’s amazing.
It’s just something you can’t put into words really. It’s an incredible, crazy and wonderful journey." And when it comes to getting back to her pre-baby weight, she said: "I’m definitely not back to where I was, but I’m working hard at the gym and I’m trying to eat a little bit cleaner.
"Having said that, I’m trying not to put too much pressure on myself because I only had a baby a few months ago. "It is difficult when you give birth and then look in the mirror and say to yourself, 'How do I get back to where I was?' "Especially at the beginning, when you’ve just had a C-section, and you’re not allowed to do anything physical.
