As part of the deal, Lopez will produce both scripted and unscripted movie and TV content for the streaming behemoth. Benny Medina, who co-founded Nuyorican with Lopez, and Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, the company’s president, will co-produce alongside Lopez. “I am excited to announce my new partnership with Netflix,” Lopez told the publication.
