Jennifer Garner‘s children just don’t like her movies.
While promoting her new Apple TV+ series, The Last Thing He Told Me, the 50-year-old actress revealed that her three kids – Violet, Seraphina and Samuel, whom she shares with ex Ben Affleck – won’t watch her own projects.
However, they’re apparently okay with Ben‘s.

According to Jennifer, she thinks is has to do with seeing your mom in uncomfortable situations.
“My kids don’t love to watch me in things,” she explained while chatting with InStyle. “They do to be supportive, but I think it’s a little weird to watch your mom kiss someone or cry.”
Jennifer added that her projects hits “different. They don’t mind watching their dad. They don’t want to see me sad and they don’t want to see me in a romance. They don’t love seeing me play someone else’s mom, honestly. I don’t know if they’ll watch this.”
Earlier this week, Jennifer revealed that none of her kids are on social media and shared the strategy behind them being “grateful” for it.
