Presenter Jeff Brazier and his son Freddie have indulged in a bit of a pamper, after a whirlwind week for the family.
There was plenty to celebrate, with Jeff's eldest son Bobby winning a National Television Award and starting his training for his appearance on this year's Strictly Come Dancing. Bobby, who plays Freddie Slater in EastEnders, collected the Rising Star gong at the NTAs and dedicated the award to his dad.
Dad-of-two Jeff was visibly emotional, as he cried during his son's speech while accepting the breakthrough success award.
The 44-year-old took to Instagram, to reveal that he and his youngest son, Freddie, are extremely proud of Bobby. While the 20-year-old soaked up his big win, Jeff and Freddie, decided to indulge with some "healing and conscious mindfulness" in a mud bath.
Sharing the picture to his 270,000 Instagram followers, Jeff said: "Our Bob has quite rightly received a lot of love and kindness this week but there is nobody more proud of him than his brother Fred. "All 3 of us love the world of healing and conscious mindfulness so while the eldest is off into the world of Strictly, Freddy and I had a great day trying new things like getting covered head to toe at this Mud bath ceremony!"Wasn’t easy to get off! But I can see why people love a mud pack on their face.
"It felt so good to stretch when it dries on your skin and I’m sure my skin was smoother afterwards." Fans commented on the post, congratulating the family and also praising Jeff on being a fantastic dad to the two boys, who he had with his late ex-partner, Big Brother star Jade Goody. One fan said: "Jeff you must be so proud of your boys.
You are such a wonderful father! They are a credit to you." Another added: "The best dad. Ensuring
