James Argent showed off his sensational weight loss as he headed to the Soccer Aid afterparty at London's The Nobu Hotel on Sunday evening.The former TOWIE star, 34, was pictured carrying his outfit for the night which included a white and gold striped Christian Dior shirt. As he made his way into the hotel he was seen wearing a black David Bowie T-shirt, red tracksuit bottoms and a pair of black Vans. Even before the party started Arg was accessorised up with a gold signet ring, a chunky chain bracelet and a gold necklace.The reality star left his bouncy brunette locks natural as they parted in the middle.
The photo comes after Arg recently opened up about his dramatic 14 stone weight loss after having a gastric sleeve fitted last year.The 34 year old has always been open to discussing his weight, having previously tipped the scales at 27 stone, which he says was down to binge eating. Arg was given a warning by the doctors when at his heaviest with concerns his weight could have serious health implications. Since his surgery, he has been keeping fans updated about his weight loss journey over the past 14 months.
Arg has also undergone a sculpting treatment at Thérapie Clinic, which offers muscle building and fat reduction treatment. It is said that it is the equivalent of doing 20,000 crunches. He has even revealed that doctors say he has lost too much weight and must put some back on.
"The only problem now is I’ve lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone," Arg said to the Sun in February. "Everyone thinks it’s hilarious, we didn’t think we’d ever be in this situation but it’s one thing or another with me – that’s just me!"
