Real Dirty Dancing star Saffron Barker has shared a picture of a painful "hole in her foot" with her 1.8 million followers and asked them for their advice.The YouTuber, 21, shared a "gross" image of the injury and was looking for help on what to do about it. She wrote: "Would love for any advice please! My shoulder has popped out and into place a few times now and it's painful when lifting my arm etc.

James “Arg” Argent revealed just how close he recently got to undoing all his hard work for good, after suffering a “bad relapse” last month.Speaking from his Essex home, the 34 year old said he’d broken his two years of sobriety and that the paramedics had been called after one drink spiralled into something more. “Addicts always say one drink is never enough,” said Arg – who said he’d had “cravings” while on a night out with friends in London.

"Lydia who you had an on and off relationship with for a long time, she's a really good friend, and she's helping you still," Ruth prompted.
