Earlier this month, it emerged that the 34 year old, who has battled an alcohol and drugs addiction since being in the spotlight, had to be visited by paramedics at his home in Essex after a night of drinking.
Now, breaking his silence on what happened during an appearance on Loose Women, James admitted he had become “too cocky” about his recovery and has had to learn a tough lesson.
