Lauren Goodger has paid tribute to her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean after he tragically died in a car accident in Bodrum, Turkey. Jake was driving a vehicle in Turkey along with his on-off girlfriend Yazmin Oukhellou, 28, who was in the passenger seat, when it crashed off a cliff.The 33 year old tragically died while TOWIE star Yazmin is currently recovering in hospital after being rushed to intensive care following the accident. Former The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren, 35, took to Instagram to pay tribute to her ex-boyfriend, who she dated from 2012 until 2016, writing: "R.I.P Jake.
I have no words right now. My thoughts are with your family & friends," alongside a broken heart and angel emoji. The smitten TOWIE star then got Jake's named tattooed on her wrist in a bid to show her commitment to him, and in her new magazine column, she wrote: "Jake loves it but he did laugh and say I'm mental. I didn't properly think about it beforehand, I just went and had it done." She and Jake briefly split up in 2013, and Lauren also suffered a miscarriage around the same time. She was appearing on ITV show Dancing on Ice at the time, and never publicly spoke out about it until 2017.
