Jada Pinkett Smith announces highly anticipated Red Table Talk with famous family

Kim Basinger discussed her “heavy-duty, very out loud” divorce from Alec Baldwin in a candid “Red Table Talk” interview.

Ireland Baldwin is opening up like never before on Red Table Talk.

Ireland Baldwin has again defended her father Alec against the response to the shooting of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. The daughter of actors Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger was discussing mental health with Willow Smith, daughter of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith,when she was asked about the impact of the media attention on her father. “It’s so heartbreaking,” Ireland said in a new interview broadcast today (27 April) as part of Red Table Talk.

Ireland Baldwin has opened up about anxiety, panic attacks, and body image issues as the model and her Oscar-winning mother, Kim Basinger, guest starred on Red Table Talk. The Facebook Watch series is hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith, her mother Adrienne Banfield Norris, and daughter Willow Smith.

Jada Pinkett Smith shared that she just recently realized she suffers from anxiety, though it pre-dates the slap drama stemming from the 2022 Oscars.The actress, 50, said she used to bite her fingernails and chew her cuticles, but didn’t connect her bad habits to anxiety until raising her daughter. “I never identified it as anxiety,” her mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris, 68, noted during the most recent episode of “Red Table Talk,” which was presumably taped before Will Smith smacked Chris Rock during the ceremony.Pinkett Smith explained that dealing with and learning about her daughter’s anxiety helped her realize she also has anxiety.

Family matters. Ireland Baldwin and mom Kim Basinger opened up about the “challenges” they’ve had with Alec Baldwin over the years.

People, Basinger and her daughter Ireland Baldwin stopped by Jada Pinkett-Smith’s talk show where the “9 1/2 Weeks” star spoke about the many challenges she faced while battling agoraphobia.She said it was “really horrible” to suffer from the condition “as fiercely as I did during those years and not know what it was.”“I wouldn’t leave the house. I would no longer go to dinner,” Basinger said.Agoraphobia is classified as a type of anxiety disorder that causes an extreme amount of fear of certain situations, with many people even resisting leaving home.Basinger added that her agoraphobia felt “like something just completely shuts down within you and you have to relearn everything.”“I had to relearn to drive, and for many years I would not go through the tunnels at Malibu,” the “L.A Confidential” actress explained.

Hollywood is talking about Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s divorce rumors after the infamous slap. Insiders are fairly certain that the power couple are headed towards divorce after the Oscars incident.
