ITV This Morning's Ben Shephard snaps at Cat Deeley over her 'etiquette'

On Thursday's This Morning, hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard had an awkward tiff regarding the former's fashion choices. Swapping heels for a comfy pair of Adidas Gazelles, Cat decided to kick back on their iconic blue sofa as they chatted to Lorraine, who was handing over from her chat show. But when Cat put her shoes on the sofa, Ben was horrified.
His jaw dropped as he snapped: "Get your shoes off the sofa!" Lorraine could be seen smiling as Ben asked: "Honestly Lorraine Kelly, can you see?" Cat, realising her blunder, appeared embarrassed but tried to brush it off by showcasing her trainers. Just earlier this week, Cat opened up on a "frightening" health scare when she was presenting So You Think You Can Dance in the US. As reports emerge of a wonder drug to help with migraines, Cat recalled the first time she suffered from one.
"Mine goes from the outside in, actually more kind of like tunnel vision," Cat explained. "I got my first migraine on live TV, it was actually really frightening as I didn't know what was happening to me and I'd never had one before. But now, I get them occasionally and I can see symptoms straight away.
If I act straight away with something like migraine relief, it gets rid of it." Meanwhile, body language expert Darren Stanton believes Cat may be more "nervous" presenting This Morning than she has let on. Speaking on behalf of Betfair Roulette, he shared: "Ben does a very good job of putting Cat at ease when they present together. Cat’s genuine smiles suggest she feels very comfortable when working alongside him and they can have a laugh together."
