We’ve often wondered what it would be like to be part of the Loose Women panel. And now, after being in the ladies’ presence during OK!’s exclusive shoot to celebrate International Women’s Day, we think we’ve got a pretty good idea. While it’s an often overused cliché, what you see on screen is exactly what you get off it – if a little more potty-mouthed and chaotic.

Stacey Solomon brought her adorable baby daughter Rose onto Loose Women with her on her first day back on the popular ITV show. Stacey gave birth to Rose, whom she shares she fiancé Joe Swash, in October and had been on maternity leave until today, Friday 4 March. Her Loose Women colleagues gushed over how lovely it was to have Rose in their pre-show meeting, for Stacey to then bring her tot on screen later on in the programme.

Loose Women viewers were horrified to learn that Nadia Sawalha cooked a meal in a dishwasher and fed it to her fellow panellists.The 57 year old, who tested positive for Covid-19 earlier this month, was clearly passionate about her "beautiful" spinach and ricotta lasagna that she served up live on the show. "Looks like it's lost the will to live," Kaye Adams humoured while Frankie Bridge asked: "The broccoli's not even cooked yet, is it?" Upon trying the food, the panellists didn't think cooking dinner in the dishwasher was worth it, but Nadia said: "But what we're trying to do here is be eco-friendly, save on bills and energy." And viewers appeared to agree that the dishwasher method was not the way forward.
