ITV Loose Women viewers make demand after past face reappears on the show
Loose Women viewers were left making a demand after a familiar face returned to the show.
On Thursday's edition of the ITV lunchtime show Denise Welch and Carol McGiffin were reunited with their old pal Kate Thornton.
The presenter hosted Loose Women between 2009 and 2011 and hasn't been on the show since.
Introducing Kate, the show's anchor Kaye Adams said: "Our next guest is a familiar face on the panel, although she hasn’t actually been in the studio with us for more than 10 years.

"At least 10 years," Kate then said.
"And you’re in the wrong bloomin’ chair," Kaye remarked harking to Kate's past as the show's lead host.
“What a day to be here,” Kate said before asking: "This is Loose, right? We sit there and we react to what’s going on in the world."
She added: "It’s nice to be back."
The 49-year-old TV star, who also hosted The X Factor before Dermot O'Leary, was on Loose Women to talk about her menopause experience.
After a bit of reminiscing about her past life on the show, Caral told Kate she looked 'amazing' before laughing as she asked: "How’s that menopause of yours going?"
"Every time I’ve talked about it – she [Carol] didn’t have it – and she’s so intolerant," Kate replied. "She’s the most intolerant."
Talking about her experience of the menopause, Kate said: "The personalities I liked, went, and 15 others moved in,” she said. “I didn’t trust myself, I didn’t know myself."
She also got the chance to talk her new radio show which sees her return to Saturday night entertainment on Greatest Hits.
