Ex-boxer Tony Bellew took aim at the former UKIP party leader Nigel Farage on Sunday night when Tony was taking part in his last ever Bushtucker Trial of the ITV series, as he faced Farage and Sam Thompson in the final.
During his grim task Tony began shouting out at presenters Ant and Dec and his co-stars as he had horrendous things thrown on top of him while being tied down.
Sam tried to encourage him, telling his new pal to "pretend he was Nigel", resulting in an awkward jibe, writes The Mirror.
Sam said: "Just pretend you're Nigel," to which Tony quickly shouted back: "No thanks." As the hosts laughed, a shocked Nigel said back: "Charming..."
Many viewers were in fits of giggles at his antics whilst others took it as a sign of a jungle feud, believing the pair "hated each other".
One fan wrote: "Nigel and Tony officially hate each other," as another said: "The camp mates really do hate Nigel."
The final episode of the 2023 series kicked off on Sunday night after This Morning star Josie Gibson missed out on the final after a public vote.
