I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! continued on Tuesday night as the campmates continued to work together for 'coins' at a gruesome hotel pit stop in order to win stars and other treats from the vending machine.
The public vote was opened to allow a further two campmates to head into the beastie-infested residence and collect up to 30 coins to put towards the ones already earned by Sam, Tony and Marven who put on a stellar performance.
YouTube star Nella Rose was chosen by the public yet again alongside jockey Frankie Dettori as she appeared less than impressed at having to work to bring home the bacon.
Ant and Dec later returned to camp to disclose the next vote for the Bushtucker trial taking place on Wednesday before revealing Nella was missing and exempt from the task due to medical reasons, leaving many people speculating she was 'faking' an illness.
But hitting back at the claims, a friend of Nella's slammed the "unfair" and "untrue" speculation as they revealed to the Mirror why Nella was removed from camp.
They said: "The idea that she was faking or trying to get out of the trial is unfair and untrue. It was a minor medical emergency and it happened just before the show.
"They had to take her off to get looked at and couldn’t get her back in time for the trial reveal."
Presenter Dec Donnelly said: "Now unfortunately, Nella is being seen by the medic so she'll be back later, but it means she's now exempt from this trial. So let's go in there and see who will be doing it."
The duo then revealed Nick Pickard and Nigel Farage would be doing the trial. Afterwards fans flocked to claim she must have faked her illness.
