A gunman said he never intended for his half-brother to be killed when he opened fire in the street. Rumaal Ingram said he only wanted to ‘scare' Zikel Bobmanuel.
He claimed that he feared Mr Bobmanuel, 32, may have also had a firearm. The single bullet fired by Ingram hit the road before ricocheting and hitting Mr Bobmanuel, inflicting fatal injuries.
