A community in north Manchester has been left heartbroken after the death of two people in a motorbike crash.
The horrific smash happened at around 5am on Oldham Road in Newton Heath on Sunday morning.
Greater Manchester Police said it is believed no other vehicle was involved.
Officers were seen examining the area around a damaged set of railings and traffic lights near the junction with Ten Acres Lane.
