It ‘cannot be proper’ that a rapist who named his victim on Facebook has only been punished with a fine, a crown court Recorder has said.
Phillip Leece, 32, was this week jailed for 16 years for the violent rape of a woman he had just met.
‘Misogynist’ Leece posed as a Good Samaritan, offering assistance to the lost woman before luring her to a secluded area and attacking her.
