An individual with knowledge of the situation says that Newton will be joining the corporate board of another company soon, and plans to devote more time to her self-owned creative company. In her role as head of DEI operations at Disney, Newton was charged with overseeing the company’s “commitment to produce entertainment that reflects a global audience and sustains a welcoming and inclusive workplace for everyone.”

Elton John has revealed that he has developed a “brand new show” for his set at Glastonbury 2023.The singer-songwriter announced the update in a new interview with BBC Radio One — where he admitted that he has already planned for the upcoming set to be unlike any of his past performances.He is set to take to the stage on Sunday for the final night of the 2023 instalment (June 25), and will perform on the Pyramid Stage as part of the music icon slot. Foo Fighters have expanded their world tour with new dates in Australia and New Zealand, set to take place over the end of 2023 and start of 2024.The tour, announced today (June 5), will commence on November 29 in Perth before taking the band to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane throughout December, followed by Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington the following month. The Chats will serve as main support on four of the Australian dates, while UK duo Hot Milk will join the band as openers in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
