Having fought off her fellow contestants to secure the spot, the 30 year old now has the joint-best record in the BBC competition thanks to her confident pitches and creative business plans. As part of the show, Harpreet is competing for a £250,000 investment for her dessert shop Barni’s Desserts, which she co-owns with her sister Gurvinder.Though the programme’s brutal interview stage questioned whether Lord Sugar would invest in a business that is co-owned, the TV personality proved that she’s willing to put family before money.
