Louise Thompson and Ryan Libbey recently enjoyed their first night away together since welcoming their baby son Leo-Hunter back in November. Former Made In Chelsea star Louise, 32, and fiancé Ryan, 31, has been busy celebrating Louise's birthday over the weekend, as well as her first Mother's Day.The couple joined Louise's brother Sam and his girlfriend Zara McDermott, as well as other family members to mark the special occasion, before heading off on a romantic getaway together.
