Just this week, the Queen made a statement declaring that the Duchess of Cornwall has her full blessing to one day become Queen Consort.
And another member of the royal family who is happy for Camilla to take the title when Prince Charles is King, is her stepson Prince William, who is second-in-line to the throne.
According to reports, William is said to be "happy" with his grandmother's wishes for his step-mother Camilla to become Queen Consort when his dad eventually takes the throne, writes The Mirror.
It is thought that William was not involved in the talks about Camilla's title but is "respectful" of his grandmother's decision.
It's believed that William's relationship with his stepmum and indeed his dad Charles has not been the easiest over the years.
However, now relations between William and the couple are said to be the best they've ever been as the Royal Family looks to the future.
So how did they turn their relationship around?
Charles and Camilla went public with their relationship in the early 2000s - several years after the death of Princess Diana - but William and brother Prince Harry were not pictured with her in public until 2001.
In her book Prince William: Born to be King, a palace source tells royal biographer Penny Junor: "I think the relationship between them all is warm now but if I'm honest, it wasn't then. I think they found it hard.
"To be fair to Camilla, she never tried to be mummy but she was the 'other woman' and she was there and taking daddy's time."
Meanwhile, a source told the Daily Mail : "There were huge family rows in the early stages of Charles and Camilla's marriage as everyone found their feet. William didn't have the best relationship with his father back then."
