A new social gaming bar in the heart of the City Centre will be opening its doors this weekend with great food, drinks and rounds of darts.
Located in the former site of Middle Eastern restaurant Habas on Black Street, Black Cat Club comes from the team behind esteemed venues El Gato Negro and Canto and will offer a competitive social environment where people can enjoy games of shuffleboard and table football with friends.
Inside the venue, which is just off King Street, there will be four SHUFL tables and seven FlyBy dart stations for people to book out. The bar, housed within the former wine cellar of the historic Manchester Club, will also offer a premium sports viewing experience, with all major UK sporting events to be shown on huge screens.

Black Cat Club’s menu has been curated by renowned chef Simon Shaw and his team and will feature a range of small plates, including buttermilk chicken bites served with curry mayonnaise and salt and pepper ribs, as well as a wide range of burgers, pizzas and hot dogs.
The venue’s drinks menu will feature a range of pints, wines, spirits and classic cocktails as well as a bunch of signatures including Welcome to the Jungle, featuring a sweet combination of Discarded Banana Rum, Licor 43 and pineapple, a Yuzu Spritz featuring Hendricks, Yuzu, cucumber and soda, and a zesty Sevilla Southside.
Better yet, customers can get their food and drinks quickly delivered to them at the touch of a button thanks to a handy table-top button. Throughout evenings, there will also be vinyl DJs and music to keep the good vibes going.
