Inside Joe Swash’s past appearance on Club Reps after being kicked out for trashing hotel room

Joe Swash found fame thanks to his role as Mickey Miller on hit soap EastEnders, but before carving out a career as an actor, he appeared on reality TV show Club Reps. Joe, 40, appeared in the very first episode of Club Reps, an ITV reality show which followed a team of Club 18-30 reps.
The dad-of-three appeared as a 'holidaymaker' on the show, and was just 18 years old when he and his pals were ordered to go home after causing a mess in their hotel room. The episode, which was filmed in 2000, saw Joe and his friends being shouted at by resort manager Marie 'Maz' Slater while holidaying at the Hotel Matina in Faliraki.

She can be heard saying: "The contract with Club 18-30 has been void.
I want you to go to your rooms and pack your suitcases with immediate effect." When one of Joe's friends asks where they are supposed to sleep, Maz then tells them: "I don't have to find you anywhere to stay. You're on the streets, as far as I'm concerned." Joe, who is wearing small sunglasses in the clip, then asks Maz: "Can I ask something please? How comes we're being kicked out now suddenly?" The resort manager defiantly replies: "Because I want you out." Joe then attempts to apologise to her, but she is certain that she wants them all to go.
He then calls her 'treacle', prompting Maz to shout: "Don't you dare call me treacle for a start!" Three years after his reality TV stint, Joe landed the role of Mickey Miller in EastEnders, making his first on-screen appearance in April 2003. He then left the show in
