MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace has lost a whopping 4.5 stone since embarking on a weight loss journey in a bid to be fitter and healthier.
Fans of the cooking show will have noticed a visual change in the TV star, 58, over the course of the last few series after he dropped from 16st and 7lbs to 12st and 1lb in a relatively short period of time.
After undergoing an incredible body transformation, the BBC judge's social media is packed with progress photos showcasing his slimmed down physique.
Greg - who sparked controversy this week by appearing in a spoof documentary about a factory creating edible human meat - credits a simple trick to his change in appearance.
He has been open about his weight loss journey, and says he was not forced to sacrifice meals to achieve his goal. Last year, the BBC judge shared his top tip for others looking to get trim. Snacks, alcohol and takeaways were removed, replaced by "three large, filling, healthy, balanced meals" each day.
Gregg - who often updates fans with his workout routines - says "the weight came off" after he got wise about nutrition and stayed full thanks to balanced meals that stopped him snacking.
He says he had reached his largest size in part due to giving in to temptation to sweet treats.
He also advised against fad diets, warning whenever he tried them himself he was left feeling “really uncomfortable” and “horribly hungry and miserable all the time".
He explained: “Don’t go on a diet. Don’t do something that’s really difficult that you can’t maintain. We’re logical people, right? If it’s so difficult and so uncomfortable, you won’t keep it up.”
He also advised viewers to "reduce the snacking... reduce the takeaways" and said: "meal planning will help you eat healthily".
